What is EARS™? EARS™ stands for Emergency Alert & Response System. It is a powerful personal medical alarm with wireless pendant to be used at home in case you need to instantly summon help.

How EARS™ works: Just push thehelp button (on the unit or on the pendant) and you are in immediate communication with one of our efficient, courteous, highly trained operators who know:

Because the EARS™ 3600 has a 30-hour stand-by rechargeable battery backup, it will still be able to dial out during a power outage.

You can give your special code number to family members so they can dial your EARS™ 3600 to speak to you directly - especially useful when the power is out and your cordless phone doesn't work!

Our wireless pendant is durable, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. Since it's water-resistant, you can keep it on in the shower (where far too many home accidents occur). You can even wear it at night. (It has a breakaway cord if it gets entangled.) It has a 500' range so its wearer can trigger an emergency alarm from any room in the home. Or you can press the large Help button on the face of the EARS™ 3600 console.

For the visually impaired, each button has Braille characters.

Our Daily Commitment to You: Your EARS™ 3600 is programmed to run a self diagnostic and then check in with our monitoring center each day. This brief test is done over the phone line and at our expense. If for any reason your EARS™ 3600 does not check in with an "all clear," we will contact you and resolve any issue holding up your daily "all clear" check in.

Reminder Service! Another unique option is the ability to record up to 8 personalized messages and to have them "go off" at predetermined times. These messages or reminders can be programmed to announce regularly... or at one time through your EARS™ 3600. This unique feature has many applications. For example, you can easily record a reminder to take medications at a certain time every day, or you can set a one-time reminder to get ready for a doctor's appointment.
